I believe that the foundation of therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect. I will meet you where you are and offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to share and explore challenges.  As a therapist, I provide a balance of empathetic listening, thoughtful reflection, and cooperative problem solving to help individuals reach their therapeutic goals. I will be honest and straightforward in my interactions with you and will help support you as you navigate life’s challenges. 

I use an integrative therapeutic approach, employing empirically supported interventions including Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy to best meet the needs of individuals.
