About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and a Qualified Perinatal Mental Health Professional with specialized training in prenatal and postpartum challenges.

I earned a Master of Social Work from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology from the University of New Orleans in 2012. Through my clinical experience, I have worked with individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults. I have worked in hospital, school, residential and outpatient settings.  I made the transition to private practice in 2020 working primarily with adult clients.

My varied clinical experience has informed my clinical perspective and has shaped me as a therapist, teacher and life witness. I am very passionate about my work and believe therapy has the power to have long term positive impacts on the lives’ of individuals.
